Our Amplitude program offers flat fee baseline furniture packages. These packages are pre designed by Jenna and her team to create your luxury desired look at a more affordable rate. Each package is tailored to the size of the clients project. Our Makalawena package includes local artists from the Big Island. Featured artists provided below.

HOW IT WORKS

OUR STEP BY STEP PROCESS WITH CLIENT:

- 1. Initial Client Meet & Greet *Our first on-site meeting or phone call with client.

- 2. Project Scope Confirmation *Selection of which package & how many bedrooms?

- 3. Retainer Invoice / Contract *Retainer Invoice: $15,000.00. This goes toward your initial presentation, project, & reserves a place in our schedule.

- 4. Budgets / Furniture Floor Plan Layouts *Depending on the size of project we willl adjust the budget room by room. LW to take / confirm measurements.

- 5. Online Design Presentation *This will be done through our online design presentation software. Designer will design based on clients desired elements.

- 6. Furniture Proposal *Once client approves design we will then form it all into proposal form. Upon approval, client will sign and date proposal.

- 7. Payment *We accept checks & wires. Payment will be broken up by 80/20. 80% upfront with the remaining 20% due upon installation.

- 8. Orders *Light Wave will place all orders on behalf of the client.

- 9. Expediting / Tracking Reports *Light Wave will track and ship all items to Island. Weekly tracking reports will be sent to client.

- 10. On Island Delivery / Furniture Installation *Light Wave will install all ordered items into home with movers. Any damages found will not be

- additional costs to the client. We require that the Client is not present during installation.

A Kona artist that specializes in black and white art mediums.
